Keep Toned with the Dome - Lee´s Jumping Ski Squats

Not only do these Jumping Ski Squats provide a great workout for the legs and the core, you will pump up the heart rate too, so good for cardiovascular as well.

Step One

  • Place Dome round side up
  • Standing sideways to the Dome, put one foot on the top
  • Ensure feet are slightly wider than hips

Step Two

  • Push weight back and squat - no more than 90 degrees
  • Ensure knees remind behind line of toes

Step Three

  • Swing arms behind to gain some momentum
  • As arms swing forward, power up into a jump over the Dome
  • Allow arms to carry on above head

Step Four

  • Land with opposite foot on top of Dome - mirror image to start
  • Repeat side to side without stopping
  • 20 reps!
