How Often Do You Go?
One of the basic requirements for good health has to be our personal bowel habits and overall bowel health. The majority of illness and disease are caused by unhealthy bowels.
Constipation and/or diarrhoea, bloating and more are all too common today as we witness a huge rise in bowel related problems such as IBS, colitis, IBD and more.
A prerequisite for effective detoxification has to be how well we eliminate our wastes and toxic substances from the bowel.
What Happens If You Fail To Go
Once fat soluble toxins have been detoxified by the liver they are carried out via the bile. The only route out is then via our bowel movements. If we are constipated then the toxins can be re-circulated back to the liver via the portal vein and the process begins again. This process is known as auto-intoxication.
If we fail to eliminate efficiently whilst following any chosen detoxification programme then we may experience undesirable effects such as nausea, joint pains, excess bloating, headaches and more.
The Problem with the Modern Diet
Our modern diets brings highly refined carbohydrates, excess sugars, lack of fibre, lack of nutrients
