Lee's Ab Attack - Russian Power Twists
Get Fit, Lean and Toned with ex Steps star turned Personal Trainer
I’m taking us to new heights in this Ab Attack Session with some nice Russian Power twists as I call them. This is a great exercise for balance as well as firing in all aspects of the abdominals.
If you have been following my Ab Attacks, then you will find at least five great tummy exercises that you can do for a great structured tummy workout.
Remember as the week’s progress I will be including new exercises for different parts of the body and eventually in time you will have your own mini circuit that you can do in the comfort of your own home.
Don’t forget the diet is key for fuelling your body for energy and when you combine the right calorie controlled diet with the right exercise plan you will begin to achieve that all important lifestyle change.

Progression

This exercise can be for any fitness level and as you improve you can extend the time you do the exercise for or the amount of reps that you do.
Just remember a healthy body means a longer happier healthier life.

Quick Tip!
Always follow your hands with your head and imagine you have a long pole that is connected to your chest and your hands. This will make sure that you are twisting through the full range of motion with your body and not just moving your arms.
