Kettlebell Exercise Program - Squat and Single Arm Press

Where You Get the Benefit

This exercise works the legs and shoulders

Step One

Place the kettlebell on the floor
Squat over the kettlebell – keep weight back over heels

Step Two

Grab the kettlebell with one hand – overhand grip
Power through the legs, lifting kettlebell as you go
Lead with the elbow, lifting kettlebell to shoulder height

Step Three

Flick kettlebell over the wrist at shoulder height
Kettlebell rests on back of wrist, arm bent at shoulder height

Step Four

Push kettlebell straight up over head
Reverse to lower kettlebell
Repeat on other side
