Kettlebell Exercise Program - Single Leg Double Dead Lift

Where You Get The Benefit

This exercise works the legs, core and back

Step One

[• Stand tall and composed
• Take a kettlebell in each hand

Step Two

• Slowly take one leg out and backwards
• Keep the leg as straight as possible
• Maintain a straight line from shoulders, down back and through glutes to heel

.

Step Three

• Start to bend forward at the waist
• Let your arms hang straight down
• Lower until kettlebell is just off the floor

Step Four

• Hold in the position for a count of two
• Slowly reverse, maintaining straight line, like a see saw
• Change leg
