Kettlebell Exercise Program - Lunge and Press

Where You Get the Benefit

This exercise works the legs, glutes and shoulders

Step One

• Stand with feet together
• Hold one kettlebell at shoulder height, resting on back of wrist

Step Two

• Take a lunge forward with the same leg as you are holding kettlebell
• As you are lunging forward, push up with the kettlebell

Step Three

• Return to start position.
• Change and perform exercise on the other side.

Variation

A variation can be performed using opposite hand and leg.
