Where You Get the Benefit

This exercise works the Biceps

Step One

• Stand with feet hip width apart
• Hold the Kettlebell with both hands on the horns

Step Two

• Keep elbows tight into your sides
• Raise the Kettlebell upwards towards your face and shoulders

Step Three

• Slowly lower hand down to thigh
• Keep movement controlled and same speed up and down
