Kettlebell Exercise Program - Abdominal Side Lift with Press

Where You Get the Benefit

This Exercise works the Core Muscles, Arms and Shoulders

Step One

• Lie on your side with ankles, knees, hips and shoulders all in line
• Place the Kettlebell in front
• Support your upper body weight on your elbow

Step Two

• Lift the Kettlebell up and flick over so the Kettlebell is resting on the back of wrist.

Step Three

• Lift hips keeping body alignment straight
• Keep core, back and abdominals tight

• Press Kettlebell upwards.

Step 4

• Reverse the movement back to the start, maintaining control.
