Tuck in the core and squeeze the glutes as you lower into the press

Keep the elbows wide and the core strong

By performing the press up in the declined position the load is increased through the shoulders, arms and chest.

....just make sure your partner does not let go ...sweat and sand don´t go - ugghh!
