Exercise

• Partner 1 lies on the sand, with knees in line with hips
• Keep lower back on the ground
• Extend legs, without locking the knees

• Partner 2 leans forward on feet
• Partner 1 bends and extends the legs

Repetitions

Do this 10 times and increase up to 20.

Progression

To make the exercise harder, move feet up toward the chest of partner
