It is the combination of strength exercises on a vibration platform, designed to improve your muscle strength and tone, combined with fun and effective boxing combinations that will elevate your heart rate and allow you to relieve any pent up frustration!

Combos

A combo is a series of punches, where the number of punches in each set remains the same. You need to work with a pad holder.

Perform 2 supersets before switching roles from boxer to pad holder.

Superset One

Jab, Jab, Cross, Pause, Repeat

30 seconds
Perform on the gym floor.

Plank

30 seconds, 35Hz, Low
Perform on vibration platform.

Superset Two

Jab, Jab, Cross, Jab, Cross, Pause, Repeat

30 seconds
Perform on the gym floor.

Push Up

30 seconds, 35Hz, Low
Perform on vibration platform.

Boxing Challenge

Set your vibration machine to 60 seconds.

Perform exercise 1, 2 and 3 for 20 seconds each - no rest in between exercises!

No pad holder required.

Perform exercise 4 for 60 seconds.
Settings: 60 seconds, 35Hz, Low.


High squat position

Jab and Cross (Shadow Boxing)


Middle squat position

Jab and Cross (Shadow Boxing)


Deep squat position

Jab and Cross (Shadow Boxing)


Wide squat position

Duck and Weave (Shadow Boxing)

How to perform ‘Duck’ and ‘Weave’

Duck

As if ducking down to avoid a punch, move into into a squat position, holding weight on the dominant leg.

Weave

Then ‘Weave’ the torso to shift weight onto the lead leg.

Return to start position and continue to repeat.
