A great workout for the Abs and obliques while also building aerobic fitness and working the hip flexors

• Toes pointed forward
• Neutral spine with activated core
• Shoulders back, down and head up in proud position

• Place hands either side of head, finger tips just behind ears
• Elbows wide

• Try to touch opposite elbow to raised knee
• Keep elbows wide at all times (don’t cheat by bringing them forward

• Keep alternating legs and elbows so you find a rhythm
Timings
Start with 30 seconds and count how many you can do.
Then try to beat your score next time
Progression
• Once you have beaten your score then progress to 45 seconds and then beat your score.
• Then move to 1 minute and then beat your score.
Have fun and remember start slowly and take time to progress.Quick Tip!
• Twist the body from the waist to touch elbow to knee
• Breath out at every knee lift to create space for the twist
• Maintain good posture throughout
