Here is the ultimate challenge. No Hands!

1

• From the relaxation position, place your arms down by your side
• Lift your legs straight up in the air
• Roll the legs over the head
• Use core strength to hold the legs away from the face

• Lift the legs up toward the ceiling using the powerhouse muscles
• Aim to get a straight line with your body and legs vertical

• Slowly lower legs back to start position, just above head
• Keep repeating until it is perfected

Progression

When you feel strong enough, start to take the hands and arms away from the floor and raise them to the ceiling too!

Quick Tip!


• Don’t roll too far back so that you are pushing into your neck
• Squeeze those inner thighs and bottom to help lift you up!
