Kettlebell Exercise Program - Two Handed Swing

Where You Get the Benefit!
This exercise works the legs, core, back and shoulders
Step One
• Stand with legs slightly wider than hip width
• Place the kettlebell between the legs
• Maintain good posture throughout
Step Two

• Assume an overhand grip

• Gently swing the kettlebell backwards through your legs
Step Three

• Use glutes, back, legs and arms to swing the kettlebell up
• The kettlebell should be no higher than your face.
Step Four
• Keep repeating the swing motion until you are ready to place the kettlebell back on the floor.
