Kettlebell Exercise Program - Dynamic Squat Jump

Where You Get the Benefit

This exercise works the Core and Legs

Step One

• Stand with feet a little wider than hips
• Hold kettlebell by the horns in front of chest

Step Two

• Squat until legs are at 90 degrees, with kettlebell maintained at chest height

Step Three

• Power back through the legs
• Jump as high as you can
• Maintain kettlebell at chest height
• Repeat as many times as you can with good body alighment

Top Tip

• Make sure you land softly and control the move back into the squat position.
