Kettlebell Exercise Program - Advanced Twist Crunch

Where You Get the Benefit
Core (including abdominals, obliques and lower back)
Step One

• Sit on the floor
• Legs in front and bent
• Lift the kettlebell in line with mid line chest, holding horns
• Lean back slight
• Core strong, abdominals in
•
Step Two

• Lift legs in the air (cross ankles for more stability)
• Rotate to side
• Keep legs facing forward, and raised
• Move only upper body
• Core strong, abdominals remain tucked in
Step Three

• Slowly rotate to other side
• Keep legs facing forward, and raised
• Move only upper body
• Core strong, abdominals remain tucked in
See if you can do 6- 8 each side, and gradually increase to 10-12 each side.
