Plyometrics are a great way to train. Try these rocket jumps to really see all over results

• Squat down, facing each other
• touch the ground in a deep squat

• Pushing up through the legs, jump up in the air as high as you can
• Touch each other´s hand at the top of the jump

• Land with soft knees and squat back down ready to go again
• As you land, squat back down, keeping weight back on heels.

This is tough! Make sure you have plenty of water while working out in the heat!
