Partner Lunge Ball Pass

• Stand some distance from your partner

• Take a really big step forward

• Drop into a lunge

• Keep the knee above the ankle joint

• Pass the ball to your partner

• Pull up through the core to a standing position

If you get this right, the glutes will really burn! Make sure you don’t – always cream up in the sun!
