Partner Ball Hip Lift

• Sit on the sand facing each other
• Put your feet together, toes touching
• Place the ball under your feet
• Lie down on the sand
• Tuck in the abs

• Curling through the spine, lift the bottom up
• Squeeze the glutes at the top
• Gently curl back down to lying position.

This one can get very sandy, but the benefits to the glutes and hamstrings are worth it!
