Meet Caroline Pearce
With education, a sporting background and media and modelling experience, what more could you want?

Caroline’s sporting prowess continued when she was signed up as one of Sky 1’s new Gladiators in the re-launch of the popular show last year. Playing Gladiator ‘Ice’ it’s likely you’ve seen Caroline swinging from the rings, climbing the wall or bringing contenders down in Power Ball!
It’s not all action for Caroline. She has a first class honours degree in Sport Science and Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology, both from Loughborough University. Her undergraduate dissertation formed part of the British Heart Foundation’s study of the effects of differing diets on triglyceride levels in the body, whilst her Masters thesis focused on prolonged exercise and the effects of energy drinks on subsequent immune responses.
With her education, sporting background and media and modelling experience, Caroline presents and delivers motivational speeches as well as well as scripting and delivering workout videos and programming for UK and US markets.
Caroline is a vibration training enthusiast and attributes her injury rehabilitation and athletic physique to the incorporation of Power Plate training into her routine. As the International Master Trainer for the Power Plate medical and exercise Equipment Company she has delivered accredited courses and presentations to trainers, physiotherapists and government healthcare divisions all over the world. She has also trained elite athletes in football, golf, cricket and athletics on the equipment and developed and delivered the group training protocols for the Middle East market. Power Plate machines can be found in gyms, sports clubs and studios across the UK (as well as in 100 countries worldwide).
Caroline will introduce the principles of vibration training (known as acceleration training) using the Power Plate machine and bring you a variety of exercises to strengthen and tone your body, massage away your aches and pains and improve the general condition of your body. Look out for these innovative training ideas because the best thing about Power Plate is that it won’t take up too much of your time!
