Famously Homme gives the "Bums Up" to Famously Belle!
Following Famously Homme through the weeks 3 & 4 of making busy Executive Stuart Baker into a Lean, Mean, Fat Burning Machine
Bloody hell!
Fat burning pills mixed with powdered shakes for breakfast and protein bars for snacks… I never would have thought I could commit to a diet like this but yeah – its working! Thank you USN (www.usn.co.uk)
I have had no desire to snack on rubbish food, or drink a few pints during the week. This is most likely because I’ve been too busy at work to stay out of pubs, or fitness instructor Steve has scheduled our workouts so that I can´t sneak into the pub for a sneaky one or two after work.
What I have achieved so far!
I’ve lost 5kgs in 4 weeks and am starting to feel really confident and self aware of the weight I am losing. The small sacrifice I am making in my diet and the large commitment I am making to ensure I exercise properly and regular is starting to really pay off.
I am feeling more snug in my fitted work shirts, not running out of puff climbing stairs and generally starting to feel really conscious of what I eat and how regularly I exercise.
Motivator or Punisher?

How Crazy Are We?
Our lives are really starting to take a positive turn. Emily and I really enjoy exercising together and updating our parents and close friends on how much weight we are losing and how positive this experience is being for both of us.
Are we crazy or what? Now that we have even ventured out and brought our very own fitness equipment (boxing, swiss ball, skipping rope, etc). We are all equipped to begin the exercise regime from home. This means we have 1 x personal training session, 1 x decent run and 1 x session in our own gym at home. We must wait and see the results as the months progress.
Tell you what for free… it´s great being outside exercising when the sun is out, aye? Until 2 weeks time…
Postscript – Up by 6 a.m.! Never Heard of
WOW a first for me... up at 6am and off to the Gym for a MORNING SESSION!!!! Yes that's right... a gym session with Steve at 7am. Oh my god my life has changed so much!!! The first morning gym session I've had for about 10 years.
While it was next to impossible to open my eyes to see what I was doing I did really enjoy it.

For some strange reason exercising at the start of the day seemed to agree with me today... Maybe it was the warm sun on our backs as we biked our way to The Hilton gym - that'll change with the ever creeping winter looming I guess - or maybe it was knowing that we were getting our workout done early for a change instead of after work.
Whatever the reason I feel like 'a box of birds' (to coin a kiwi-ism) today and the session has really invigorated my day. The staff in my office are so amused at my energy levels at 9am... usually I'm the grumpy one until I've had 3/4 cups of tea.
Can you image what I'm gunna be like around 3pm today? Head crashed on my computer, dribble everywhere, asleep at the desk... YUK!
See you at the next feature - lunch on its way... a boiled egg and wholemeal pasta - move over Fish'n Chips - YOU'RE OUTTA HERE...
