Congratulations to Lee - Completing the Virgin London Marathon 2010
Lee Latchford Evans completes the Virgin London Marathon 2010 in 4 hours 39 minutes in aid of The Outward Bound Trust
Lee Latchford Evans completes the Virgin London Marathon 2010 in 4 hours and 39 minutes!
If you have been keeping in touch with Lee´s Marathon Guide, you will know that Lee set out to achieve the Marathon in 4 hours - and you will also know that he has been plagued with injury ever since he started training.

Throughout his training for the event, Lee has been using Sci-Mx supplements to prepare and fuel his body, and this morning he loaded up with a large plate of porridge, a coissant, orange juice and grapefruit supplied by our own Professor Mark Watson Gandy and his lovely wife Emmanuella.
We look forward to Lee´s final Marathon Guide when he will tell us what it was really like running a full Marathon, but today after the race, he was taxied to the Mayfair Hotel, where he had a cold bath (brrrrrrr - as if he had not been through enough torture!), swiftly followed by a Sci-Mx flapjack and a burger and chips from room service.
As this goes to print, Lee is on his way to join The Outward Bound Trust "After" Party.
Lee was delighted that he managed to finish the race so that he could rightfully earn all of the sponsorship money that has so generously been donated in aid of The Outward Bound Trust. Lee extends his thanks to all who have been so generous, and also wishes to thank the following people/organisations that have supported him so well throughout his training.
