Meet Louise Cliffe - How to become a Super Model
Determination, exercise, fitness and focus - Louise tells all!

Hi my name is Louise Cliffe. I was born in 1986 in Manchester. I grew up in a small village just north of Manchester with my loving family and friends - I could not have got where I am today without them!
Fitness has always played an important part in my life. I attended Our Lady’s High School and became a keen athlete. I competed in many competitions and won many titles. As a county champion in running and hurdling whilst at school, I have always felt the benefits of exercise in my life.

I try to eat healthily and have a balanced diet but, like lots of people, I still get tempted by chocolate, sweets, crisps, chips, potato wedges!! Oh, and wine (rose in particular). However, as looking and feeling good is important in my job, I can’t let bad eating habits get out of control (fortunately I do love salads!) and then it’s an extra 50 stomach crunches a day if my jeans are feeling a bit snug!
From a very young age I loved being in front of the camera, singing, dancing and modelling, basically being a little poser. High school had its ups and down but it’s made me the person I am today. After high school I attended college and did a legal secretarial course, I enjoyed it but knew it wasn’t for me. I wanted to work with people and help them, so I did a health and social care course but yet again I knew that wasn’t the path I wanted to take in life.
My life of modelling, acting and singing all started when I won Miss Manchester back in 2006. Miss Manchester was a great achievement for me, as it was my first pageant and thinking back now, I can’t believe I did it!
