Getting fit with flops!
Shopping around for flip flops can be a task in itself when there are so many to choose from. Some have buckles, some are plain, and some even have gorgeous sequins and jewels on them.
I have been walking around the house, garden and office in these amazing flip flops called “Fit Flops”. They are comfortable, stylish and mould to your feet perfectly. It almost feels like I’m walking barefoot.
After walking around for half an hour or so, I can really start to feel the Fit Flops working on my hamstrings, thighs and calf muscles.
My bottom also feels like it’s had a workout. So to not only find out that it tones my legs, it’s also working on my bottom too, which for me personally, is quite a hard area to target, even when I’m at the gym.
The next day, I wore them around the house again for half an hour and couldn’t believe that 30 minutes is all it took to feel them working!
Now it’s time to get technical and explain the facts as to how these amazing Fit Flops actually work. They have a uniquely built multi-density mid-sole which activates muscles mid-step to help tone those thighs, calves and glutes..
Infact, Fit Flops are biomechanically engineered to absorb shock, lesson joint strain and recreate the feel of barefoot walking – but with a powerful new built-in micro-wobbleboard workout-enhancing effect.
These flip flops are absolutely perfect if you have a very busy schedule or perhaps you haven’t had time to go to the gym. They come in a range of colours and patterns. My personal favourite is the FitFlop Walkstar III Silver.
