Perfectly Pregnant with Wendy Powell
Wendy really didn’t look back! She went on to obtain a Diploma and gained extensive personal training experience and in 2002 made a decision to concentrate her focus and further study on pregnant and postnatal exercise.
You can read more on the nuts and bolts of Wendy´s qualifications and credentials on her own web site (www.mutusystem.com). Go to “Industry Love” page for professional and industry recommendations, or go to the “Testimonial Page” to read what a few of her clients have said.

Wendy says “My really important role, and most valuable qualification of all these days, is as mum to my two babies, born October 2005 and July 2007”
“After a PCOS diagnosis (polycystic ovarian syndrome), lots of acupuncture, two wonderful pregnancies; two fairly horrendous post-partum hemorrhages; a ride in a paramedic helicopter; a number of ‘procedures’ (don’t talk to me about ‘birth plans’…) and a few years of breastfeeding and the ongoing adventure that is motherhood, I really do *get it*”
Thanks to many years of training pregnant and postnatal women, as well as having plenty of clients and friends to remind her, Wendy also ‘gets’DON’T get the same kick out of working out as she (usually) does!
Wendy knows that you might NOT think that going for a run or doing some acrobatics on a fit ball is a fun way to fill the kids naptime. And that you find the mention of ‘killer workouts’ ‘bootcamp training’ or ‘kettlebells’ terrifying, not motivating.
Which is why helping REAL expectant and new mums to look and feel fabulous continues to be Wendy´s inspiration and motivation for doing what she does.
Welcome to the FamouslyFit Team, Wendy!
