Meet the Jon´s Muscle Building Personal Trainer – Anthony Mayatt

Anthony has been a personal trainer for around 8 years now and has run Breathe Fitness since he set it up in 2006 (www.breathefitness.uk.com). He has loads of experience in the industry having worked in and managed various gyms across London. He is now is freelance, looking after a team of specialist trainers. Anthony has appeared regularly in the media having been featured in national magazines and newspapers offering advice to their readers.

Jon was recommended to train with Anthony while he is working in the West End. It´s a challenge to find time between his busy schedule, but Jon really likes a challenge! Anthony will give him an endurance or strength challenge that he needs to improve on by his next session and finds that he always does it!
One of Jon's goals is to gain muscle so Anthony makes sure he does various compound exercises such as dead lifts, pull ups and bench presses that work his whole body and promotes muscle strength and growth.

Anthony also recognizes that nutrition is vital for muscle growth and recovery after training to avoid suffering from DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness) when he has to perform on stage. Jon´s strength has certainly improved a lot over the time that Anthony and he have been training together. It gives Jon great satisfaction when he improves with any of his fitness challenges, so he is a real pleasure to train, says Anthony.

Jon and Anthony are joining the FamouslyFit team to demonstrate a set of exercises that are guaranteed to build strength and gain muscle. Welcome aboard.
