Getting to know Korin Nolan
The beautiful Korin Nolan joins us at Famously Fit and reveals all ...

She is passionate about the benefits of Pilates and continues to teach now. Korin discovered Pilates during her professional dance training 10 years ago.
"Over the years I have tried pretty much every exercise technique going and Pilates has been the only one that has really worked for me."
"I am stronger than I have ever been before and I have seen physical results and changes in my body that I never thought possible. Plus it's quite reassuring that you don't have to spend hours on end sweating your backside off at the gym to get the kind of results you want and deserve!"
She went on to train to become a qualified Pilates instructor with Body Control Pilates in Covent Garden where she qualified in 2003 and has since taught privately, in gyms across London and at the infamous dance studios, Dance Works on Oxford Street.
