David Godfrey Biography
David has been involved in sport, health and fitness ever since early childhood. A former national swimmer and rugby player, David has since specialised in martial arts, winning the British Universities Gold Medal in Judo as well as excelling in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Ju-jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts.
David is continuously looking for ways of getting better and better results and has long been fascinated by the influence of the mind over the body. So in pursuit of understanding this relationship more fully he became an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) master practitioner and advanced hypnotherapist. Later he went on to become an Advanced Lightning Process Practitioner and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner as well as qualifying in Ericksonian Psychotherapy.
Since then David has gained extensive experience helping many people make incredible and lasting changes in their lives from recovering from chronic illnesses including M.E. fibromyalgia and depression to achieving optimal athletic performance, from overcoming eating disorders to losing weight, losing body fat and achieving permanent physique transformations.
David now specialises in applying his unique combination of skills to helping people make radical changes to their health, body and physique. In his own words: “regardless of your goals, all action and behaviour starts in your mind. You have limitless power and success waiting to be unleashed!” Look out for his articles and features to find out exactly how to tap into these resources and unleash your full potential.
