Biography of Amy Guy
She may be known as the Gladiator 'Siren' but the lovely Amy Guy has alot more talents than you may think.
'Some say I am an all round fitness fanatic, I like to call it multi disciplined!'
'It is true to say that I have my hands in many pies when it comes to fitness and sports, and lots of other things as a matter of fact. I guess at the age of 25 I have managed to squeeze in quite a lot, but thats just my nature. If im not busy or trying out something new I just get bored !

Let me assure you there are a few more strings to my bow which I am hoping will inspire and educate you through my features here at Famously Fit. Im in training for the Modern Pentathlon, which is a combination of Running, Swimming, Fencing, shooting and Showjumping, I'm a long distance runner, I am also an architectural designer and recently have aquired my own range of polo clothing.
As a former Miss Wales, Miss UK, and Miss World Sports & Fitness model I know how important it is for women to keep a lean and healthy physique, and I know how difficult this tends to to be when you have a very hectic schedule combing your work and your play with very little time left in between!
Before I go into anything else - I am not a gym junkie! You will in fact very rarely see me in a gym at all, before gladiators I had never even trained with a weight! This is an eye opener I hope to show all you girls out there who dread going to that gym and think that thats the only way to get a toned lean and strong physique.
There are so many different types of exercise out there that are fun, social, will not bulk you up and give you that all important core stability which has been key to a lot of my success.
I have represented my country in athletics, showjumping, jousting (yes it still goes on and girls can do it!), have been competing in marathons across the world and yet at the same time was modeling for brands like Raplh Lauren and La Senza, so you really can have that lean physique from choosing your sports and most importantly doing what you personally find fun!
Each month I want to introduce you to a sport that you may not have thought to try, and talk you through the benefits, being both social and physical.'
So i guess thats me in a nut shell
I hope you enjoy my features and see you soon!
