Ann Mather Biography

She's working alongside Famously Fit and Anna Mather knows her nutrition!

Born in Canada in 1957, Ann spent much of her early childhood travelling with her parents, ending up in the UK. Later in her life, Ann settled in a career in Personnel and HR Management and by the age of 40 was a successful business woman operating at Executive Board Level.

Like so many of us, Ann looked in the mirror one day and asked where her life was going. All of a sudden, she was 13 stone and not feeling that good! At that moment, Ann decided to completely change her life and launched herself on a lifestyle change that took her out of the executive rat race, out of the UK and into the amazing world of healthy, vitality, fitness and nutrition.

Since then, Ann has studied nutrition extensively and qualified with distinction. She has also qualified as a fitness instructor, and is a trained practitioner in food intolerance testing. In the process, Ann is now 9 stone (and has been for 4 years) and says "No matter what, I will never, ever, return to that life again". She reckons she has added at least 9 years onto her life. When tested, she is coming out as a 40 year old, not the 52 year old that she is!

Over the years, she has shared her knowledge and experience with hundreds of clients from all walks of life throughout North America and Europe, helping them to improve their lifestyle, nutrition and pH Balance.

As well as being our own Editor in Chief and Celebrity Nutrition Advisor (recently featured in OK Magazine!) Ann owns a fitness centre in Javea, Spain. She is Senior Practitioner working for Hanny Dee, specialising in Food Intolerance Testing and Nutritional Balance.

Ann hopes that working with Famously Fit will give her the opportunity to continue to create a better understanding about the huge power of nutrition in developing and maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit - especially when combined with activity and exercise.
