Tummy, Skin and The Emergency Freshen Up

The Tummy

  • Eat plenty of fibre to prevent bloating – 5 pieces of fruit or veg a day will help
  • Have plenty of (safe) sex to burn loads of fat cells and keep slim!
  • I do 150 sit ups a day to maintain my flat tummy (Victoria Beckham does 200)
  • Drink 2 litres of fresh water a day – it keeps the digestive system flushed out
  • Exercise 4 – 5 times a week for a healthier, longer life – you’ll have more energy!

The Skin

  • Drink 2 litres of water or tea each day, it keeps skin
  • If your skin is quite dry, smear Vaseline sparingly on face before going bed
  • Drink green tea – full of antioxidants – good for general well being

Emergency – Need to look fab fast!!

  • Dunk head in ice water if feeling tired after a night out – definitely wakes you up!
  • In an emergency, use clear clear nail varnish on holes in tights
  • In another emergency, use Vaseline to polish shoes (carry small tube in handbag)
  • Use Vaseline to flatten down eyebrows and nourish eyelashes
  • Always carry a mirror in your handbag for any ‘touch ups’
