All of us are interesting in living healthy, active lives for longer. Here are my top tips

Eat a Healthy Diet

Eat natural whole foods, eliminating or drastically reducing the consumption of grains, sugars and dairy products.

Consume Lots of Anti-Oxidants

With incredible anti-aging properties and protection against disease and cancer, this is a must. Start eating more cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries, goji berries, etc

Get in Those Special Fats

Omega 3 fish oils are the building block for developing cell membranes, and also have huge protective qualities from many diseases

Exercise, Exercise, Exercise

Moderate to vigorous exercise has repeatedly been shown to prevent or delay the onset of so many diseases and it has the added benefit of pushing up the feel good factor

Avoid Pharmaceutical Drugs

Make sure your doctor explores natural remedies and cures before writing out that prescription. And don’t forget, if you actually do live a healthy lifestyle, you won’t be in need of them anyway!

Avoid Chemicals, Toxins and Pollutants

In our modern society it is impossible to eliminate these but start with your food - don’t go near processed foods. Then look at things you breath in, things you put on your body. Can you do without them? Is there a natural alternative?

Use Olive Oil

Use this in place of all other oils, margarines, butter and shortening. Versatile and healthy!

Keep it Constant

Keep your blood sugars constant – avoid sugary and starchy products that push them up!

Stress Busters

Learn how to cope with stress – meditation, prayer, exercise!
