Elle’s got an Endermologie Secret Part 1
Ok so I must admit that even though I am a Pilates fanatic and should follow a virtuously healthy diet, people that know me will tell you that I do occasionally over indulge! I adopt the same strategy as Elle.......
.
Alcohol, fatty processed foods, sugar, stress and caffeine are just some of the contributing factors that lead to the dreaded cellulite, even worse ‘my’ dreaded cellulite!
We all know having a good body it a down to a combination of both healthy eating and regular exercise, but no matter how many days a week you slog your guts out at the gym, it ain’t gonna have the desired effect if you stuff your face with Fish and Chips every night.
I was told about Lipomassage by Endermologie from a friend who claimed her thighs looked and felt visibly smoother after just one session - this I had to try for myself! I booked myself in for my consultation and first treatment at Peach Beauty in Ruislip. www.peachbeauty.co.uk
The consultant explained about the machine, an invention from France - we all know that French women have great bodies and all the best cellulite treatments come from France.
Well if it’s good enough for Elle…
The treatment is apparently the only non-invasive treatment that actually has proven scientific results. The machine (which is pretty big I have to say) works by sucking and moving around fat cells, encouraging good circulation where stubborn fat has been stored and therefore helps to break down those fatty deposits. Which all makes sense as my consultant points out that in my problem areas (buttocks and thighs) the surface of the skin is cold to touch and this is because there is restricted blood flow in those areas due to the stored fat and cellulite. Visible proof of all those take away foods and bottles of wine!
Watch out for Part 2 to learn more about the treatment and amazing results!
