Looking and Feeling Like A Swimwear Model

Louise Cliffe’s guide on the beautiful, summer you!

The beautiful Louise Cliffe joins us at Famously Fit to share some of her tips about looking and feeling great during the summer.

The Face

  • Put tooth paste on spots before bedtime to blitz the zits!
  • Moisturize from the chest up (at least) every night – retain moisture retain youth!
  • Wash face with warm water to help to prevent spots, then use ‘light’ moisturiser
  • Use lipstick for blusher and eye shadow (depending on colour!).
  • Never shave eyebrows, upper lip; in fact ‘facial shaving’ is a definite no-no!
  • If you want a dewy fresh look, apply a light stroke of Vaseline to cheeks
  • Invest in good makeup i.e. Mac, Chanel, Lancôme, a little more expensive but worth it.
  • Use Sudacreme (baby cream) on your face to help to prevent spots.
  • ALWAYS wear a foundation with a SPF, preferably spf15 minimum
  • Take make up off every night before going bed – I TRY to!

The Eyes

  • To keep eye shadow in place, smear Vaseline lightly on the eyelid
  • To set eye shadow, gently dust with translucent powder
  • Use clear mascara for a natural look, i.e. going to gym
  • Never pluck above your eyebrow shape
  • If you’ve ‘over plucked’, fill in eyebrows with eye shadow

The Lips

  • During photo shoots or before that important date or meeting, drink tea, coffee and all beverages through a straw
  • After applying lipstick, suck finger to keep lipstick from sticking to teeth
  • Use writing paper or tissue to blot lips
  • If you want the ‘bee stung’ look, use lip liner above the lip outline and fill in

Big Boobs Alert!! Get Big Breasts Fast!

  • Use bronzing powder on chest to accentuate cleavage
  • For bigger boobs use chicken fillets – surgery’s the last resort!
