I thought so! It's something called PaRe Training; it's a unique exercise system that you can take anywhere.
In my time as a personal trainer I’ve had to work with people in some pretty unusual places. Sure I spend a lot of time in a gym but I’ve often been asked to train people in their garden, living room, kitchen or the smallest of spaces. I’ve done a workout on someone’s landing before! Sometimes I’ve needed to train a client with access to very little or no equipment at all.
As a result I’ve learned techniques and devised many of my own which makes it possible to work every muscle group in your body using resistance provided by a partner. That way I can now show up at a client’s house armed with nothing but a plan of action.
That’s PaRe Training and it has gradually developed into a unique system which I’ve found successful with many different people, male and female, from 16 to 60.
Resistance training with a partner can have many benefits over using traditional dumbbells or machines:
You can do it anywhere and it doesn’t cost a penny
Unless you have to bribe someone to do it with you.
It can be more challenging than lifting weights
Your partner has the ability to constantly vary the resistance which can make the first repetition just as hard as the last.
