Designed to tone the whole body and have you strutting on the sand (rather than feeling like a beached whale!) Step One
• Select a weight that will get you to fatigue!
• Stand with feet hip distance apart
• Engage the core and soften knees
• Holding weight in hands, extend hands above head
• Elbows pointing forward and pushing together beside ears
• Bend elbows and slowly drop hands behind the head
• Raise hands and slowly extend arms fully back to start position
• Repeat – try 3 x 10 reps or change the tempo – down one count up three counts!
• Add an extra challenge – stand on one leg!
