Paul Mumford discovered the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle a little later than most!  He used to be a podgy kid, avoided sports, and spent his adolescence smoking, drinking and eating junk food.  Now it is all different.  He gave up smoking, cut out the pies and took up cross country running.  He now has a real passion for fitness and this makes him a text book case – a shining example that it is never too late to change.   Paul has an “out of the box” approach to fitness and is always looking for new ways to challenge the body!  He runs his own business (Mumford Phys.Ed) and is just about to launch his own unique Exercise Programme called PaRE.  For more information go to www.mumfordphysed.com
